Meet Our Owner

Kevin is licensed to practice law in West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. His admissions include the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, U. S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, The Supreme Court of Ohio, and Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Kevin is a Bachelor of Arts graduate of West Virginia University, magna cum laude, and was awarded his Doctor of Jurisprudence from West Virginia University College of Law.

Kevin is a member of the American Bar Association, West Virginia State Bar, West Virginia Bar Association, West Virginia Bar Association’s Real Estate Division, Energy and Mineral Law Foundation, Kanawha Valley Board of Realtors (Affiliate Member), and Huntington Board of Realtors (Affiliate Member). Kevin has presented and lectured at classes for West Virginia Continuing Legal Education, and annual meeting of the West Virginia Land & Mineral Owners Association.
